The first floor houses a French Restaurant and the second floor houses Middle Eastern Restaurant. The curved staircase on the left leads you up to the second floor restaurant. French restaurant boasts 10,000 square feet for a complete, one-of-a-kind dining experience and beautifully decorated second floor middle eastern restaurant has 4,000 sq. feet of space.

If you walk across the entrance hall, you will find yourself in the French brasserie. The brasserie area seats roughly 120 people in a forest-green room with a high ceiling. Natural light enters in from a set of windowed French doors on the left (available to open for a chance at outdoor seating). The brasserie is lit by circular alabaster chandeliers and high ceiling lights. This area is wonderful for dining, particularly during busy nights, as sound travels up high and resonates across the restaurant, providing a cozy and lively experience.

Around the center of the brasserie lies the brass and green Virginia marble bar. The oblong bar seats about 20 people and contains ample space for bartenders to maneuver easily. There are several glass cabinets (lit from above) at the back of the bar, perfect for showcasing the wine and liquor selection. Additionally, you will notice an 8-tap beer selection that is sure to impress enthusiasts. To the right of the bar there is additional booth seating.

Continuing straight from the entry hall and passing the bar and brasserie on your left, you will meet a wooden door, presumably a back room for the kitchen. Upon opening the door, you will find yourself in the midst of a wine cellar, a cellar capable of holding 25,000 bottles (at one point housing a 1,500 selection) of wine. At the center of the room, a table for up to 35 is set—this is the perfect space for private dining events. Wine surrounds you on all sides, even from above, as light shines through bottles, casting red and yellow light across the room. To the right of the dining space, the main cellar area (seen through glass walls) is also temperature and humidity controlled for the preservation of the wines. This is one of the largest wine cellars in Pennsylvania, arguably the most unique part of the restaurant.

Backing out of the wine cellar, we now move a few steps left into the fine dining room. The first thing one notices is the sheer size of the room. The regally papered walls shoot up 30 feet to a beautiful ceiling lit by a crystal chandelier and blue dome that mimics the sky. The room is elegantly ornamented by alcoves and wall moldings, while paintings and vases surround you to complete the French flair of the room. This room seats 120 people in the most traditional sense of fine dining. A fireplace sits at the center edge of the room, providing even more comfort and warmth than the brasserie.

Walking through the wine cellar, dining room, or brasserie, we now enter the kitchen area. This kitchen is not meant to be hidden, but rather put on display for the beauty of its granite countertops, Italian-tiled walls, and state-of-the-art kitchen equipment technology. At the start of the kitchen is a chef’s table where a lucky dinner party will watch how their culinary experience is prepared. The circular table is lit by natural light coming in from large windows just above. Walking past the table and into the kitchen, you notice just how large the kitchen really is. There are several sets of gas stoves, a giant vent hood (tiled so as to conceal its stainless steel exterior), a walk-in freezer and refrigerator, a beer refrigerator, a walk-in dry pantry, a spacious dish-washing area, and a back office.

Additionally, adjacent to the first-floor restaurant space is a 3,400 square foot office or retail space.

Returning to the restaurant’s entryway, a trip up the stairwell brings you to the restaurants’ posh bathrooms, which are beautifully tiled, spacious, clean, and well lit.

Just past the restrooms on the second floor, the second restaurant (of over 4,000 square feet) has a very different feel. The intended cuisine, Persian or Middle Eastern, is paralleled by the structure and decor of the restaurant. After passing a cozy wooden bar that sits on your right, you enter this beautiful restaurant.

With almost all materials imported from Iran, the stonework, ceramic moldings, light fixtures, and tiles create an authentic dining experience that cannot be found elsewhere on the Main Line. The restaurant is shaped like an oval, with tables throughout the spacious interior and booths lining the outer curves, seating approximately 120 people. The theme of this room is turquoise, the stone of the Middle East, that lines the floors, walls, and gothic arches. At the back of the restaurant sits a tiled tandoor oven, able to bake traditional breads in front of guests. The room is equipped with blue mood lighting and traditional ambient lighting, depending on tastes and time of day.

The restaurant’s kitchen houses a gas-burning stove, dishwashing area, dry walk-in pantry, walk-in refrigerator/freezer, and state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a back staircase connecting the first floor kitchen to the second floor.

To the rear of the restaurant (with a separate entrance from the stairs) sits an office space of approximately 1200 square feet. Beyond these rooms lies a spacious 2500 square foot banquet dining room, capable of seating large private parties from both restaurants.

Adjacent to the right of the restaurant and retail building sits a second complex housing a fully equipped spa, salon, and wellness center. At 9000 square feet, this building offers a variety of options for businesses. The façade of the complex is lined with windowed-doors, allowing natural light to illuminate the open welcome area. The waiting area then leads to many internal rooms, each equipped with sliding doors to allow for privacy. The building is well organized and spacious, the hallways completing a full square around the complex. At the back of the building, there is a private staff kitchen and rest area.

Adjacent to the spa facilities sits the hair salon. Equipped with head washing stations, several styling booths, and a seating area, this is a contemporary salon at its finest. Natural light again fills this space, floored with hardwood. This entire building could be easily converted to a retail space.

Lastly, the two buildings are complemented by spacious parking areas. At street level and below the building structure, the two lots offer spaces for 130 cars. The spacious underground garage parking lot is also equipped with an elevator taking you to both floors of the restaurant complex.
