The Mosquito is the deadliest animal on earth according to Bill Gates. The diseases they carry are on the rise. The effects of Bee stings range from very painful to much worse. The Yellow Jacket (it’s a wasp) is the biggest threat to humans in an outdoor recreation setting. They are scavengers who love protein and sugary substances. That’s our picnics and BBQs. They sting repeatedly. Tick-borne Lyme Disease is a proven killer. Introducing Power Punch Brand All Natural Insect Repellents. The Product Power Punch is three years in the making. Carefully developed to target the top 3 insect categories posing serious threats to humans. We spent the time to research and test exactly what smells these insects don’t like. Our formulas comply with the US EPA 25B list of Minimal Risk Pesticides. This is a special class whose ingredients are “demonstrably safe” for their intended use. Our effective, natural-based (DEET-free) formulas are made from essential oils known to repel the insect of choice. Our Mosquito Repellent stands out as the only product of its type with 100% active ingredients. Independent laboratory testing (RIPT skin insult) was performed and passed. We have the certified results. Every SKU sold out last season in a test market phase with a major e-commerce retailer. That includes 8 oz., 4 oz., and pocket pen-size spray bottles, and 8 oz. soy wax-based repellent candles. On-the-go towelletes are on deck. The Power Punch Bee Repelling candle, specifically formulated to target stinging insects, is launching this season alongside our new wasp trap. Our Tick Repellent is in development. It may be the most innovative of all. It has very strong patent capability with nothing like it anywhere. The formula is almost complete, and will proceed to lab and performance testing. The Team An expert team worked diligently to develop and launch this line. I am a degreed Chemical Engineer with 20+ years in life sciences product development, and a parallel career in my family’s century-old Nursery business. We know pesticides – my Dad was a licensed applicator for decades. Product development is performed in conjunction with a top-notch formulation lab on the cutting edge of the industry. Everyone else from Graphic Design to IP Law to Regulatory Consultants are experts in their field. The Future Retailers love multi-SKU “programs”. The Power Punch Repellent line is on track to grow to numerous unique SKUs over the next couple of years supported by a strong IP strategy. Next phase in development are the Garden pests like Slugs, Aphids, and Caterpillars. Natural Pest Management, traps, repellents, etc. I have a grand vision for Power Punch and I am 20 steps ahead. The Competition The repellent market is growing dramatically. New diseases are emerging at crisis levels. There are other products out there. And that tells you there’s a market for this. If you eliminate the chemical-based products, skin care companies with a single-SKU “catch-all” repellent, organic/flowery brands, or unregistered (illegal) products being sold by “e-bayers”, Power Punch stands out as a fresh, sporty, lifestyle brand. Our cool graphics and presentation in brushed Aluminum bottles and tins have been well received; more importantly the product’s performance. The Opportunity This is a unique asset sale. Intellectual Property: there are three utility provisional patent applications in varying stages of submittal, one registered trademark, and three additional trademark applications being filed.
Support & Training: I can consult with follow-on products, manufacturing, supplier management, regulatory affairs, and sales & marketing, including even the products you have, on a commission basis. I sell/rep numerous outdoor living products to several of the largest retailers, both bricks and mortar and dotcom.
